Biography
Mr. Moushigian was born and raised in Fresno. During his career as an attorney he has enjoyed two stints working in Armenia, as an attorney, both in private practice and as a consultant on various US government funded reform and development projects, as an English language and law professor, as an English language editor for the US and Armenian governments, the UN and private work, and as a real estate developer. Mr. Moushigian has also had the privilege of interning, and then working for, former Assemblyman Charles Poochigian and Congressman George Radanovich.
